WHO IS BEHIND HARTFELT DESIGN?

My name is Annie Hart and I have always had a passion for Art and Design. I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from University of Central Lancashire but ended up in the world of advertising and music video production. I have always been creative in my spare time and since making felt presents for my friends, more and more people kept asking me to make them a cushion. So now everybody can have a bit of Hart in their home.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DESPATCHED?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days but as all the cushion covers are made to order there can sometimes be delays. We do guarantee delivery within 28 days. If you need the cushion by a specific date, please email me with your request and I will tell you whether or not we are able to meet your deadline.

DELIVERY 

There is one fee for delivery however many cushions you buy.

Delivery to UK £3.95.

Delivery  to Europe £7.85.

Delivery for the rest of the world £9.75

All deliveries need to signed for on delivery.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

1. The item been made.

2. The delivery address has been verified.

3. Payment has been approved.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order has been dispatched. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Hartfelt Design will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

SALES TAX

The customer needs to be responsible for the sales tax associated with their country.
