By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Hartfelt Design will take place on the dispatch of the products you ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel an Order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If an order is not accepted, it may be for one of the following reasons:

• The product you have ordered is unavailable from stock.
• We are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment.
• A pricing or product description error has been identified.
• You have not met the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main terms and conditions.

After your order has passed through our security checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the exact order that we have received. If there are any problems with your order, we contact you by email.

Description of Products
The individual hand-made nature of the items, means there may be slight variations in size or colour, making it unique to you. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on this website are correct when the information is entered onto the system. We aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, but the information, including product descriptions may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.

Our Guarantee
If, for any reason, you’re not totally happy with any item from Hartfelt Design, please notify us within 7 days and return the item to us within 28 days, unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We will refund the cost of your purchase in full or we can replace the item with another of equal value; it’s your choice.

Privacy Policy
Hartfelt Design are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

Hartfelt Design will collect information about you for the following reasons:

1) to process your order
2) in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Unless you have given us your consent, Hartfelt Design will not email you in the future. You have the opportunity to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

Hartfelt Design will not gather sensitive information about you without your permission. The information we hold will be accurate and up-to-date. If you wish to check the information we hold about you, please contact us by email. Should you find any inaccuracies we will amend these immediately.
